We put an emphasis on, local and fresh here at Baxter & Greene. All our fish is sourced in accordance with sustainable fishing methods, and we make every effort to use only Irish meat and poultry. Our high standards mean that you can enjoy delicious, good quality ingredients without having to worry about where they came from.

PASSING ON OUR KNOWLEDGE

Our tried and tested recipes have been devised with passion and perfected with consideration by our talented chefs. After so much time and effort, naturally we want to pass them on. By building an aspirational space that celebrates our culminated years of experience, our chefs are delighted to pass on their knowledge from one to the other, and from our kitchen to yours. After all, we believe sharing is half the fun of creating.
